Wow! What a year! We have seen house prices soar and the fastest paced market I have ever seen. We were getting offers on properties, above asking price, without people even viewing first! Crazy! I couldn’t list them fast enough. Then due to Governments announcements around the mini budget we witnessed mortgage deals being pulled, interest rate rises and the pound falling, that had a knock on effect with buyers pulling out of house sales in fear that prices would plummet. A rollercoaster of a year! 

Our team grew and we welcomed Danni and Amy to our team. We helped lots of lovely buyers and sellers move! We are continuously voted No 1 for property views on Rightmove in the area, we were awarded a place in the Best Estate Agent Guide for 2023, so a fantastic first full year as an independent estate agent.

I can not thank all our lovely clients, friends and partners for their ongoing support, it hasn’t been easy but as I reflect on the year it has been a great achievement in more ways than one. We are really looking forward to continuing our success into 2023 and have some exciting projects lined up to provide an even better, fuller service to our clients and the area.
